The Privacy Policy applies to the processing of data collected when using www.displayseek.com and making purchases. The e-shop is managed by Displayseek OÜ (registration code 14177185, address Pärnu mnt 142, 11317 Tallinn, Estonia). The privacy policy describes how Displayseek OÜ processes (including collects, uses, publishes, stores, transmits etc) personal data.

The customer’s personal data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Displayseek OÜ processes identification data and general data: first and last name, e-shop username, postal address, e-mail, phone number.

Displayseek OÜ collects the customer’s personal data when creating a customer account and/or placing an order. List of personal data: name, phone number, postal address, e-mail and purchase history.

Displayseek OÜ uses personal data to provide services to the customer in organizing the sale and delivery of goods to customers in the www.displayseek.com e-shop.

The data processor shall not disclose data which has come to its knowledge to third parties, except in cases prescribed by law, as well as for the delivery of goods to related parties: Omniva, SmartPost, Venipak, DHL, DPD, Pakipoint, FedEx. By entering data in the e-shop and with the corresponding confirmation, the customer grants the right to collect and process the customer’s personal data and to forward the necessary data to transport companies for the delivery of the goods.

The data processor shall take all measures, including information technology and organizational measures, to protect the personal data collected. Only authorized persons have access to modify and process the data. The customer has the right to withdraw the previously given consent to the processing of personal data by notifying us by e-mail on info at displayseek.com

Displayseek OÜ can send newsletters and offers to the customer’s e-mail address.

The data of visitors to www.displayseek.com are also processed by Facebook and Google (gender, age, language preference, location).

The customer registered in the e-shop can access and change their personal data at any time by logging in to the www.displayseek.com environment and under My account, or by sending a corresponding request by e-mail info at displayseek.com

The term for storing the customer’s personal data is up to one year from the last purchase. In the online chat, the information provided by the customer is stored for 30 days.

Displayseek OÜ may unilaterally change the terms of the privacy policy in accordance with law.
